Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is VantageJets?
VantageJets is an air charter broker, meaning we facilitate private jet charter services by connecting clients with properly licensed third-party operators. We do not own or operate aircraft but act as an intermediary to ensure you receive top-tier air transportation services.

2. How does the booking process work?
Once you submit a flight request through our website or by contacting us directly (contactus@vantagejets.com), we will check aircraft availability with our network of operators. We will then provide you with a detailed quote and, once you approve, confirm the booking. You will receive an itinerary and any necessary documents for your flight.

3. Are you a licensed air carrier?
VantageJets is not a direct air carrier. We act solely as an air charter broker, facilitating your flight arrangements with licensed third-party air carriers.

4. What types of aircraft are available for charter?
We work with a wide range of aircraft, from light jets for shorter trips to large jets capable of long-range, international travel. Our fleet options include jets for business, leisure, and VIP transport.

5. How do I know the aircraft and operators are safe?
All operators in our network are fully licensed by the relevant aviation authorities and comply with rigorous safety standards. We carefully vet all operators to ensure they meet or exceed industry safety regulations.

6. Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of departure may be non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply. We recommend reviewing the terms specific to your booking for details.

7. Are there additional fees beyond the quoted price?
Your initial quote will include the cost of the flight, but additional fees may apply for services such as catering, ground transportation, extra baggage, airport taxes, and fuel surcharges. Any additional fees will be communicated before you confirm your booking.

8. What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?
If your flight is delayed or canceled by the third-party operator, we will work with you to reschedule or offer alternative options. VantageJets is not responsible for delays or cancellations but will do our best to minimize any inconvenience.

9. Is there Wi-Fi on board?
Many of the aircraft in our network are equipped with in-flight Wi-Fi, though availability may vary depending on the specific aircraft. Please inform us if Wi-Fi is a requirement, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

10. Can I bring pets on the flight?
Yes, pets are welcome on most charters, but it depends on the operator’s pet policy and the specific aircraft. Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with pets so we can make the appropriate arrangements.

11. How far in advance should I book my flight?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak travel seasons. While we can often arrange flights with short notice, more lead time allows for greater flexibility and options.

12. Do you offer international flights?
Yes, VantageJets offers both domestic and international flights. We will assist with all necessary documentation and requirements for international travel.

13. What if I have special requests for my flight (catering, ground transportation, etc.)?
We can accommodate a wide variety of special requests, including specific catering options, ground transportation, and more. Please let us know your preferences during the booking process, and we will tailor the service to meet your needs.

14. What is your Privacy Policy?
We are committed to protecting your personal information. You can review our full Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
